Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 17/07/2015 Grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is that the representation preferred by him is not being considered by the respondents in the light of the order dated 26.03.1998 passed by the Madhya Pradesh High Court in W.P. No. 459/98.

Counsel for the State submits that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(S) No.1248 of 2015 has dismissed the petition in identical set of facts and therefore the present petition also deserves to be dismissed. In the light of the decision of the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(S) No.1248 of 2015 dated 10.04.2015, the present writ petition also deserves to be and is accordingly dismissed.
