Agrawal Order On Board 13/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that an award has been passed in favour of the petitioners on 26.10.2016, yet the compensation as awarded has not been disbursed by the

respondent authorities till now for which the petitioners have also preferred several representation but to no avail, hence this writ petition.

(2) I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. (3) Be that as it may, the respondents authorities are directed to consider the petitioners' representation and do the needful for disbursing the compensation amount as awarded by respondent No.4 expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
