1. None appears for the Petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel for State submits that she has instructions to state that the entire recruitment process has been completed and the appointment orders have also been issued as early as on 8.3.2021 and all the selected candidates have also given their joining and are discharging their duties since then.

3. Given the said submission by learned State Counsel, the present Writ Petition at this juncture would not be sustainable and the same therefore deserves to be and is dismissed accordingly. However, the right of Petitioner stands

reserved to challenge any particular appointment order which she intends to challenge by impleading those candidates as necessary party.
