Heard on I.A. No. 1, which is an application for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration.

On due consideration, the reason assigned and the fact narrated in the application I.A. No. 1 deserves to be allowed and the delay of 92 days is condoned. This MCC has been preferred for restoration of W.P.(S) 88/2016 which was dismissed by peremptory order passed by this Court on 21/03/2016.

Taking into facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion sufficient cause has been assigned by the applicant, the MCC is allowed and W.P.(S) No. 88/2016 accordingly stands restored to its original number. No order as to cost.
