The petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the Executive Engineer Water Resources Division, Jashpur, for release of his payment and further stating that he is not required to deposit fixed deposit of 2 lakhs which will be considered by the said authority on ₹ its own merit, within 30 days from the date of representation submitted by the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order.
2. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
