(2) This revision is directed against the interim order rejecting the application for suspension of sentence of the applicants. (3) Heard on I.A.No.01/2015, application for grant of ad-interim bail to the applicants during the pendency of the revision. (4) Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that the learned Sessions Judge has rejected the application of the applicants

holding that the original record has been received and notice has been issued to the State and the Public Prosecutor has already been entered into appearance on behalf of the State and therefore, there is no reason for suspending the sentence of the applicants and the trial Court fixed date for final hearing on 18.09.2015. (5) Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the case is already fixed for final hearing, I do not consider it is an appropriate to entertain this revision, accordingly it is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to hear and decide the case preferably on the next date of hearing fixed by the trial Court i.e. on 18.09.2015 or any other date as he deems fit. Records of the Court below be sent back forthwith.

(6) With the aforesaid observation, the criminal revision stands finally disposed of.
