This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.48/2015 registered at Police Station-Pathhalgaon, Distt.Jashpur (CG), for offence punishable under Sections 307 & 376 of IPC. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant submits that present bail application may be disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 4.

Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
