1. Heard.

2. This is the Second Bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 163/2016 registered at Police Station Jainagar, District Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 368, & 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3, 4 of POCSO Act, 2012.

3. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.
