Order On Board 16/03/2018 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application for temporary injunction before the trial Court , which is pending consideration since long and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

(3) Be that as it may, the trial Court is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for temporary injunction in accordance with law expeditiously after hearing the affected parties.
