Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners would submit that on the private land of the petitioners house for respondent No. 8 is being constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna by respondent authorities against which the petitioners have also preferred several representations before the respondent authorities but it has not been considered till date. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Be that as it may, the Collector, District- Balrampur is directed to look into the matter and take decision on the same expeditiously preferably within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
