This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 18.07.2016. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the order has not been cancelled, in terms of the order passed by this Court, the petitioner has not been allowed to join. 3.

The petitioner has placed on record a letter dated 28.06.2016. This document was not placed before this Court when the earlier order was passed on 18.07.2016, therefore, I am not inclined to initiate any contempt proceeding. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate application in the matter.
