Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint / representation against the respondent No. 3- UpSurpanch of Gram Panchayat Amodi before the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), District- Balodabazar but that has not been considered and no action has been taken against respondent No. 3 till date. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the Sub-Divisional Officer, District- Balodabazar is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and take a decision strictly in accordance with law expeditiously. 4.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the petitioner's case be considered in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
