1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that order dated 10.1.2001 passed by the M.P. State Administrative Tribunal has not been complied with substantially as representation of the petitioner has not been decided by reasoned and speaking order and no reason has been assigned.
2. On the other hand, learned State Counsel would oppose the writ petition.
3. Since no reasoned order has been passed pursuant to the order of the M.P. State Administrative Tribunal, the impugned order is set aside. Respondent No.3 is directed to consider the case of the petitioner afresh and to pass reasoned and speaking order considering the petitioner's representation and in the light of the order dated 7.5.1997 passed in OA No.519 of 88 and other connected matters within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
4. The writ petition is allowed to the extent indicated hereinabove. No order as to cost(s).
