1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order dated 28.5.2015 whereby its contract for supply of ready to eat food material has been cancelled on the ground that the petitioner was supplying substandard food material.

2. From the return filed by the respondents, it would appear that before taking action against the petitioner, a show cause notice was issued and thus, principle of natural justice has been complied with. Even otherwise, contract for supply of ready to eat food material was valid and operative only for the period till November, 2010. Thus after expiry of the said period, the petitioner was not legally entitled to continue to supply ready to eat food material for Devada area, Block Patan, District Durg.

3. For the foregoing, the writ petition being without any substance deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
