Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not being allowed to work at the present place of posting despite order of this Court not to take coercive steps against the petitioner. 2.
This Court has already passed an order not to take coercive steps against the petitioner towards implementation of transfer order, therefore, no further order is required to be passed. 3.
The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
