On the previous date of hearing, this Court had ordered for listing this matter along with Writ Petition (C) No. 1681 of 2007. 2.

Today, on perusal of the record of Writ Petition (C) No. 1681 of 2007, it literally appears that the relief sought for in the said writ petition, is the same relief as has been sought for in the present writ petition. 3.

In Writ Petition (C) No. 1681 of 2007, there is an interim order granted by this Court and in the light of the fact that for the same relief there is already a writ petition filed by the present Petitioner, the instant writ petition would not be maintainable.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable.
