Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that he may be allowed to make a representation before the respondent No. 3Collector, Raigarh for redressal of his grievances and the respondent No. 3 be directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is accordingly allowed.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make a representation before the Collector, Raigarh for redressal of his grievances and, in that event, the Collector shall do well to consider the petitioner's representation and take decision expeditiously preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
