It is submitted by both sides that after the institution of this writ petition, the Petitioner has moved the second RespondentMunicipal Corporation with a representation dated 23.11.2017. The learned counsel for the Respondent-Municipal Corporation also submits that the Municipal Corporation would consider that request of the Petitioner sympathetically, having regard to the various aspects of the contract and the financial interest of the Corporation which is involved in the matter.

He says that the interlocutory order issued by this Court on 10.11.2017 may not stand in the way of any such consideration. We record the submissions on behalf of the parties and vacate the interim order granted on 10.11.2017 and order this writ petition directing that the Respondent-Municipal Corporation will do the needful as submitted on its behalf as regards the Petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2017. We preserve the contention of the Petitioner in this writ petition while we dispose of the same without going into merits of the case. The writ petition is ordered accordingly.
