1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner who is working as RHO was earlier suspended but presently his suspension has been revoked, yet benefit of regular increment and revised pay scale of 7th pay commission has not been granted to the petitioner though the same has been made admissible to other similarly placed employees.

2. Considering the limited issues raised by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, petitioner

prefers representation before the respondent No.3 Chief Medical and Health Officer, Bilaspur within a period of 4 weeks from today, the said officer shall consider and decide the representation preferably within three months.
