1. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a direction to respondents to consider of the grant of benefit of Kramonnati on completion of 8 years of service.

2. Counsel appearing for the either side submits that the issue raised in the writ petition stands squarely covered by a decision of this Court in WPS No. 5338/2018 and other analogues writ petitions decided on 12/12/2018.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel appearing on either side the present writ petition stands disposed off in similar terms.

4. In view of the same in the light of the decision of this Court in WPS No. 5338/2018 dated 12/12/2018, the respondent authorities may consider the claim of the petitioner for grant of Kramonnati for which the petitioner would had been otherwise entitled for as the department as of now is not considering the case of the petitioner for promotion for which they have become eligible. The respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner subject to the petitioner fulfilling all other eligibility criteria for grant of Kramonnati. Let this exercise be completed by the respondents within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order keeping in view the order of this Court in WPS No. 5338/2018 decided on 12/12/2018.
