Agrawal Order On Board / 11 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for regularization is pending consideration before the District Regularization Committee since 28.7.2017 and the same has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to the District Regularization Committee to decide the same within the specific time frame.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, District Regularization Committee is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for regularization expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order before proceeding further with the matter.

(4) For a period of one month, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge D/-
