Shri Rajesh Tiwari, Counsel for the Respondent No. 5. Heard on application for restoration of WPCR No. 572 of 2017 which was dismissed on 05.03.2018 for want of prosecution. On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of the case, which is duly supported by an affidavit.

In view of the same, the order dated 05.03.2018 is recalled. Consequently, the application for restoration is allowed and WPCR No. 572 of 2017 is restored to its original number.
