1. Heard learned State counsel on this application for modification/correction of order dated 03.07.2015, passed in WP (S) No.4523/2014 and other connected matters.

2. Learned State counsel would submit that by inadvertence or by typographical error, the first direction contained in para 10 of the order has wrongly mentioned the word 'senior IPC Officers' which should have been

'senior IPS Officers'.

3. After hearing learned counsel for the applicants, this Court is of the considered opinion that there is a typographical mistake in the first direction in para 10 of the order. Therefore, instead of the word 'IPC', the same should be read as 'IPS'. While supplying certified copy of the order, the parties shall also be supplied the order passed in this MCC.

4. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
