Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an application under Section 167 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 before the Collector, Raigarh on 25.01.2017 which has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the Collector, Raigarh is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application expeditiously within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
