Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed an application for grant of permanent stage carriage permit for plying his vehicle (bus) on the route from Raipur to Narayanpur and return before respondent No. 2 which is pending consideration since 23.10.2015 and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2.
Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 - Regional Transport Authority, Ambikapur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for
grant of permanent stage carriage permit expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner would also be at liberty to file additional representation, if any. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No cost(s).
