Agrawal Order On Board /0 3 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for grant of permanent stage carriage permit for plying his vehicle(bus) on the root from Raipur to Wadrafnagar before respondent No. 3, which is pending consideration since 23.10.2015 and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No. 2- The Regional Transport Authority is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's application for grant of permanent stage carriage permit expeditiously preferably within a

period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is also at liberty to file additional representation, if any. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
