Agrawal Order On Board 20/11/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made application before respondent authorities for grant of lease as per circular dated 09.08.1983 issued by State Government, but the same has not been considered and decided finally and, therefore, direction may be issued to the respondent authorities to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, respondent No.2-Collector, Balod is directed

to consider and decide the petitioner's application for grant of lease as per circular dated 09.08.1983 issued by State Government, in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
