The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that though the petitioner did not give any consent, the order shows that the petitioner has been transferred on his own request, which is either because of some bonafide mistake of fact or an act of mischief. The allegations made in the petition are serious and requires proper enquiry. 2.
The Transferring Authority, through a responsible officer, shall get enquiry made in the matter and appropriate decision be taken in the
-2matter. It is expected that the enquiry shall be completed within 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. For a period of 30 days, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. The protection shall inure to the petitioner provided the copy of the order of this Court is submitted before the Transferring Authority within ten days from today. 3.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
