Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made an application to the Collector, Mahasamund on 13.09.2017 for restraining illegal construction of Rice Mill by respondent No.
6, which has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same. 2.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the Collector, Mahasamund is directed to consider and disposed of the petitioners' application / representation strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
