1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred a representation for cancellation/modification of the transfer order on the ground that for a period of 2 years from 2006-2008, he had remained posted in a core scheduled area, therefore, he may be considered for posting at any other place. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to pursue his representation on the aforesaid ground.

-22. Accordingly, the petition is finally disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his representation on the aforesaid ground.
