This transfer order is challenged on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred from Girls Higher Secondary School, Manendragarh to Boys Higher Secondary School, Charcha Colliery showing at his own request whereas the petitioner has not made any application for his transfer. 2.

This matter requires consideration by the competent authority by holding a proper inquiry. Let inquiry be made through a responsible officer and decision be taken in the matter with a period of four weeks. 3.

Depending upon the result of inquiry, appropriate order shall be passed in the matter by the competent authority.

For a period of four weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
