The counsel for the petitioner at the outset prays for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner that he may be permitted to make a suitable representation to the respondent No.1 wherein the petitioner intends to make a proposal to the State Government for considering his claim and other similarly placed persons for being provided reasonable time period within which they would obtain the minimum qualification required for the post for which they have been appointed as per rules of the State Government.

The said proposal has not been opposed by the State counsel. 3.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No.1 who on receipt of the said representation shall objectively consider the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
