Heard on application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

This is a third bail application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant who is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 126 of 2019, registered at Police Station - Kanker, District - Kanker, Chhattisgarh for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

After hearing the petitioner in person on the ground for entertaining this fourth application for grant of anticipatory bail to him, I am of this view that there is no new ground made out, on the basis of which, this application

can be entertained and all the submissions that have been made and the documents that have been relied upon in the application are not part of the charge-sheet.
