For Respondent No.1 & 2 : Shri Vinod Tekam, Panel Lawyer Order On Board 24/07/2015 The limited grievance ventilated through this petition is that the petitioner's application for possession has remain pending before the Tribunal for last more than 1 & 1⁄2 years. He submits that in the spirit of the provision of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, expeditious proceedings are required to be drawn towards recovery of loan. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the Tribunal may be directed to decide the matter as early as possible. 3.
