At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the issue involved in the present writ petitions has already been considered and decided by this Court on 03.11.2017 in WPS No.4271 of 2017 (Jayant Kumar Patle Vs. State of Chhattisgarh and others, and other connected matters}, therefore, these writ petitions may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in Jayant Kumar Patle
(supra).
2. Accordingly, the present writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Jayant Kumar Patle (supra). A copy of the order passed in Jayant Kumar Patle (supra) be placed on record of the present writ petitions.
