1. The counsel appearing on either side submit that this petition may be disposed of in the light of bunch of writ petitions disposed of on

15.09.2015 in WPS No.6530 of 2011 and other connected petitions.

2. In view of the same, the present writ petition also stands disposed of in similar terms. The petitioners are directed to prefer fresh representation for grant of benefit of 6th Pay Commission before the respondent No.3 with a copy to respondent No.5. Both these authorities shall decide the representation of the petitioners by a speaking order at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of fresh representation before the competent authority.
