The transfer order is under challenge only on the ground that the petitioner is a class-IV employee and inter-district transfer will cause severe hardship to him.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as no one has been posted in his place, the respondent authority may consider to post him in his own district either at the same station or at nearby stations.

Considering that the petitioner is a class-IV employee, the State Government may consider whether subject to exigency of service it is possible to adjust the petitioner in the same district either at the same place or at nearby stations. If the petitioner prefers representation within a period of ten days from today, representation be decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
