1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be allowed to make representation before respondent No.3 for redressal of his grievances.

2. The prayer is fair and reasonable.

3. If the petitioner makes representation to respondent No.3, it shall be considered and decided within 15 days from the date of its receipt strictly in accordance with law keeping in view the earlier order passed by this Court.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
