In view of the circular dated 03/08/1989 (Annexure P-3), learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition on the statement that the petitioner would be making an effort to obtain the report from the concerned police station, that the husband of the petitioner is not traceable, for being submitted before the competent authority, so as to facilitate release of various retiral dues.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
