2. The Deputy Secretary, Department Of School Education Mahandi Bhawan, Mantralaya, Naya Raipur District Raipur Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents Shri Sudeep Agrawal, counsel for the petitioner/s. Shri R.K.Gupta, Dy.A.G. for the State.
Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 23/08/2016 The only ground of challenge to the transfer order is that the petitioner is an office bearer, therefore, he ought to be exempted from transfer in view of policy dated 11/06/2016.
2.
The transfer policy talks of exemption from transfer only to the eligible officer bearers. The petitioner has not placed any material on record to show how he is eligible office bearer for being exempted from transfer. The petitioner has already remained at the present place of posting for more than four years. Therefore, he has become due for transfer. No relief can be granted to the petitioner by this Court. 3.
As the petitioner has made representation on certain personal grounds, that can be looked into by the transferring authority and not by this Court. The representation having been made, let it be decided by the transferring authority within a period of four weeks from today.
4.
The petition is accordingly disposed off.
