This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.253/2014, registered at Police Station-Pandri Moa, Distt.Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the IPC. 2.
Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to repeat the same after material prosecution witnesses are examined.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the aforesaid liberty.
