Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a complaint against respondent No. 3 under Section 86 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 which is pending consideration before the respondent No. 2- Transport Commissioner, Raipur since 21.09.2017 and has not been decided till date, therefore, directions may be issued to expedite the same.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2- Transport Commissioner, Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's complaint expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
