1. The order under challenge is Annexure P/1 dated 04.01.2018, which is an order of suspension. The grievance of the petitioner perhaps seems to be that the order of suspension has been issued with malafide intention and the same has been issued at the behest of the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), Konta, District Sukma. He submits that the alleged inspection has been made by the SubDivisional Officer (Revenue) Konta, who was not competent or authorized to inspect the school where the petitioner was posted.

2. Be that as it may, the record shows that the petitioner has not preferred an appeal against the order of suspension, though the order being an appealable order.

3. Under the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition at this juncture. The petition is disposed of with a direction that petitioner shall prefer an appeal against the order of suspension within a period of 7 days from today. That on the said appeal being preferred, the Appellate authority shall decide the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the appeal.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed off. Certified copy today.
