Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner would submit that the petitioner is aggrieved against the notice dated 09.03.2017 issued by respondent No. 5- Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur whereby the tax amount liable to be paid by the petitioner has been calculated contrary to the Rules of 2013 against which he has also made a representation before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur but it has not been

considered and decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation / objection expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
