2. On due consideration, I.A. No. 1 is allowed and delay is condoned and the matter is heard on admission.

3. This review petition has been filed by the petitioner for review of the order dated 13/09/2019 passed by this Court in Second Appeal No. 543/2005.

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at length and went through the record with utmost circumspection.

5. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the record, I do not find any error apparent on the face of the record in the order under review.

6. Accordingly, this review petition stands dismissed. No cost(s).
