(1) The petitioner through the present writ petition has been seeking for complying of the order dated 15.02.2021 passed by the Joint Registrar, Co-operative Society, Raipur Division, Raipur (C.G).

(2) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order of the Joint Registrar has already been challenged before the Registrar under Section 78 of the Co-operative Societies Act, therefore, the present writ petition at this juncture would

not be sustainable.

(3) Agreeing with the contentions raised by the respondents since in the present writ petition at this juncture would not be sustainable and the relief sought for the petitioner in the writ petition can be sought for before the appellate Court by opposing the impugned application and also by moving appropriate application for an appropriate relief from the said appellate forum.
