1. The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.364/2014 {ST No.62/2015 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Bilaspur}, registered at Police Station Takhatpur, Distt. Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under Sections 306, 354, 454, 506B of the IPC, 7, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

2. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw this application and prays for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

4. Considering the fact that trial is in advanced stage, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the bail application by directing the trial Court to expedite

the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
