(2) Be that as it may, respondent No.3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for grant of gratuity strictly in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
