1. The Collector has issued notice directing attachment of the petitioner's property under the Chhattisgarh Protection of Depositors' Interest Act, 2005.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the property is not liable to attachment.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file objection before the Collector, Mungeli within four days from today and if objection / application is made, the Collector will decide within seven days from the date of its receipt as to whether the petitioner's property is liable to attachment or not, before proceeding further with the matter. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
