1. According to learned counsel for the petitioners, he has applied for grant of appropriate license to run the shop where various facilities are provided. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that earlier a petition was filed, which was disposed off by this Court vide order dated 21.5.2015 directing the Corporation Authority to decide petitioner's application but the same has not been decided even after expiry of
the period stipulated therein.
2. This Court having issued earlier a direction to the Corporation, there is no need to issue repeat the same direction in successive petition.
3. Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that if the Corporation have not been taken expeditious steps, shall be taken to comply with the direction issued by this Court earlier.
4. In view of the above, this petition, at this stage, is disposed off with liberty to take appropriate proceedings in case the order passed by this Court is disobeyed by the Corporation Authorities.
